What are the check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After this time, we arrange self check-in by sending guests all the necessary information prior to arrival.
• Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM to allow for proper sanitization of the premises.

What happens if I arrive late in the evening? No problem. We have a self-check-in system with a numeric keypad or a key safe. We will send you instructions and access codes via WhatsApp or email on the day of arrival.

Feel at home, with all the comforts. In this section, we answer any questions you may have about what you'll find in your accommodation: from linens and kitchen utensils to Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

• Are bed linens and towels included?
  Yes, the initial set of sheets and towels is included in the price. Additional midweek changes are available upon request for a small additional fee.
• What's in the kitchen?
  The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, a Moka coffee pot, a refrigerator, and a stovetop. Basic food staples (such as salt, oil, and coffee) are usually not provided.
• Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
  Yes, fiber Wi-Fi is free and available in all apartments and common areas. Each apartment is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning. Is final cleaning included?
  Final cleaning is included in the rate, but we kindly ask our guests to leave the kitchenette clean and dispose of their waste in the designated recycling bins before departure.

• Does the residence have parking?
  Yes, we offer private indoor parking (with video surveillance). One parking space is available for each apartment, included in the price of your stay.
• What are the pool hours?
  The pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to observe silence during the afternoon hours.
• Is there a laundry room available for guests?
  No, unfortunately the residence does not have a shared laundry area.

• Are pets allowed?
  Yes, small and medium-sized dogs and cats are welcome. Please indicate their presence at the time of booking.
• Is there a surcharge for pets?
  There is a one-time surcharge per room, due to the sanitization and deep cleaning procedures of the apartment at the end of your stay.
• Are there any areas prohibited to pets?
  For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the solarium area or the pool. They must also be kept on a leash at all times in common areas.

• How far is the residence from the beach?
  The nearest beach is just 150 meters from the property, easily reached on foot in less than two minutes for a totally relaxing holiday without the worry of a car.
• Where are the supermarkets and essential shops?
  The main supermarkets, grocery stores, and pharmacies are located about 1 km from the residence, an ideal distance for conveniently shopping in a few minutes by car or a short walk.
• Is the residence close to Tropea?
  Yes, wonderful Tropea is only 10 km from us. Considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Tropea will enchant you with its spectacular cliffs overlooking the crystal-clear sea, its white sandy beaches, and the evocative sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'Isola. Its historic center, filled with quaint alleys, artisan shops, and traditional restaurants where you can sample the famous red onion, is the ideal destination for an unforgettable evening stroll just a short distance from our residence.
